Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering a school on ongooo or joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

ongooo provides school administration software including fee management, attendance tracking, report generation, and parent communication via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Ensure you have appropriate consent from parents and staff before adding their data
• Use the platform lawfully and in accordance with applicable education and data protection laws in your country
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the platform

4. Data ownership

Your school's data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Payment

Pricing and billing terms will be agreed in writing when your school goes live. Early adopters benefit from pricing locked in at the rate agreed at sign-up.

6. Uptime and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide support via email and will respond within two business days.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ongooo's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination we will provide an export of your data and delete it within 60 days.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ongororo Technologies is registered. Disputes will be resolved by good-faith negotiation first.
